| Education | According to section 130 (3) (a) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, a person who- (a) is an advocate of the High Court having a term of not less than fifteen years, as defined under section 130 of the Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue Ordinance, 2001; (b) has practiced professionally as a chartered accountant for at least ten years under the Chartered Accountants Ordinance, 1961 (X of 1961); (c) has practiced professionally as a cost and management accountant within the meaning of the Cost and Management Accountants Act, 1966 (XIV of 1966) for at least ten years; |
