Job Description
- Providing overall direction, and implementing the Bank’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with the board, regulators, and other bank stakeholders.
- Providing administrative, marketing, technical, and managerial advice to the core team and guiding them in getting the best hires in the respective fields.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Master’s degree in economics, commerce, finance, business administration, accounting, or related professional qualification.
- In the case of foreign education, candidates have to produce a certificate attested by the HEC of Pakistan.
Experience
- Must have 20 years of experience in a senior position in the banking industry.
Necessary Skills
- Communication skills and leadership strategies.
- Good business sense.
- Knowledge of regional financial customs.
- Strong understanding of regulations.
