QualificationMinimum graduation or equivalent education.
Preference will be given to Master’s degree candidates.
Experience4 years of experience in SAP Financial, Operational Support, and Financial Systems.
Skills Expert in providing first-level operational and technical support of SAP financial accounting systems.
Must be able to analyze general ledger balancing.
Ability to verify all financial transaction Transaction Files In SAP By Core Banking System.
Able to provide support to business end users.
Good analytical skills to determine the root causes of problems.
ResponsibilityTo perform day-to-day operational and technical tasks of SAP GLS.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and correct posting errors and ensure daily GL summary is available across all branches.
Providing required reports/data from SAP for various groups of the bank.
Reporting toSenior IT Service Desk Analyst
QualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, and Engineering.
Applicants with a Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, and Engineering will be preferred.
Experience3 years of experience in IT Service Desk Operations, Service Request Management, and as IT Service Desk Agents.
Skills Good familiarity and understanding of IT service management tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to work within a cohesive, high-performing, and close-knit team.
A strong desire to grow, learn, achieve, and advance.
Ability to work under pressure.
ResponsibilityManaging round-the-clock service desk activities and deploying IT service management tools for administration and organization.
To ensure that the help desk team provides impeccable customer service.
Receiving and handling calls and electronic requests from customers.
